What is the dress code?
- Must have sleeves
- No cuts
- No elastic waistbands or athletic type shorts
- No open toe shoes
Can I bring a camera into the Cowboys Dancehall?
Restrictions of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producers determine this policy and not Cowboys Dancehall. Please check the event detail page for the concert or event that you are attending.
On nights without a concert or special event Non-Professional cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lense 3 or 6 inches in length) and cameras placed on a tripod are not allowed in Cowboys Dancehall unless accompanied by proper media credentials provided by Cowboys Dancehall or event producers.
Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited any time that Cowboys Dancehall is open to the public.
Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?
Guest are not permitted to bring any type of drinks into Cowboys Dancehall. Guests are allowed to bring food such as birthday cakes, party platters and catered items into Cowboys Dancehall.
I am attending an event with someone who is disabled. How do I access disabled parking and can I get a wheelchair escort?
Handicapped parking is available on the front row of our Parking lot.. Wheelchair escorts are provided by our Floor Staff. Please ask any Cowboys Dancehall Team Member for assistance. To arrange services in advance, please call 210-646-9378 M-F between 10 AM and 4 PM.
When doors are open for an event: the Box Office and Will Call is located at the main entrance in the front of the building.
What is the minimum age for guests?
Wednesday through Saturday guests must be 18 years of age or older.
During Teen Night events ages 13-19 are allowed into the venue. Parents who would like to accompany their Teenager are allowed in the venue free of charge.
Where can I hail a cab?
The best place to get a cab is under the Porte Cache located near the front entrance. The Porte Cache is also the ideal location for guest pick up and drop off.
